China's world No. 2 women's singles shuttler Wang Zhiyi defended the Malaysia Masters title and finally nailed her first title this year, after beating her compatriot Han Yue 13-21, 21-13, 21-18 in the final on Sunday (May 25).
Zhiyi said her goal would be the same as other players which was to chase world No. 1 An Se-young who has remained unbeaten this year.
