Shuttlers Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun emerged champions in the All-Malaysian men's doubles final at the Malaysian Masters after upstaging senior teammates Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik on Sunday (May 25).
World No. 8 Wei Chong-Kai Wun, who were the 2023 finalists, fought brilliantly to come away with a 21-12, 15-21, 21-16 win in 50 minutes.
The former were the first Malaysians to capture the men’s doubles title in the tourney since Goh V Shem-Lim Khim Wah’s victory in 2013.
