After Treatment:
The patient experienced a remarkable reduction in pain and swelling.
Left knee pain reduced to VAS 1/10
Right knee pain resolved completely (VAS 0/10)
No pain in the interphalangeal joints (VAS 0/10)
Patient regained the ability to walk and stand independently, with only mild limping observed
Notable improvement in the range of motion of the left knee joint
Conclusion:
A comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment approach, combining internal medicines, dietary regulation, and Panchakarma therapies, led to significant clinical improvement in a patient suffering from Avascular Necrosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
