New Delhi, May 26, 2025 (ANI): Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on May 26 said that they have succeeded in backing IMD in bringing India's economy to the top level both in terms of preventing potential loss and increasing potential gains. “…The time has come to see what will be our contribution to our target of 2047 in the context of IMD... We have succeeded in backing IMD in bringing India's economy to the top level, both in terms of preventing potential loss and increasing potential gains... Now, IMD's forecasting system is becoming a state-of-the-art... Like in Chennai and Mumbai. The process is going on in Delhi right now, so the same arrangements will be made here gradually,” said Dr Jitendra Singh.
