Think about it for a moment… Have you heard the verse Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! (Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!) and thought to yourself, “It is not like I can taste or see God?!”
Or 2 Corinthians 2:15 For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing and think…these are just idiomatic expressions! It’s beautiful poetry from the Ancient Near East but meaningless to my walk with the Lord?
