Thick smoke from wildfires burning across western Canada drifted into the U.S. Upper Midwest on Tuesday (June 3) pushing air quality in Minneapolis to unhealthy levels.
The city ranked among the worst in the world for air quality in afternoon, with an AQI reading of 168, tying with Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
