Chicken Cheese Crepes || How to make cheesy chicken crepes at home.
Chicken cheese crepes are the tastiest savory item you have ever had. Make these taste buds pleasing sandwiches and enjoy.
Ingredients
For chicken filling preparation
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Boneless chicken small cubes 500 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 &1/2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Cumin powder 1 tsp.
Chilli flakes 1 tsp.
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp.
Chilli sauce/hot sauce 1 tsp.
Crepes preparation
Eggs 2
All purpose flour 1cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Milk 1 cup
Melted butter 2 tbsp.
Oil for greasing
Mozzarella cheese as required.
Directions
In a pan add olive oil and chicken boneless cubes and cook on medium flame until color changes.
Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute. Add vinegar, salt, cumin powder, chili flakes, black pepper powder, mix well and cook on medium flame until chicken is fully done. Add chopped onion, chopped bell pepper and cook for few minutes. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, hot / Chilli sauce cook for few seconds on low heat and set aside.
For crepes preparation
In a mixing jar ( blender) add eggs, and beat them finely. Add milk melted butter, salt, all purpose flour mix well.
In 8 inches frying pan brush some oil, add approximately 1/2 cup of prepared flour mixture. Rotate the pan to evenly spread out the flour mixture. cook on low heat. Flip and cook on medium heat until done .
Take one crepe add mozzarella cheese, prepared chicken, again mozzarella cheese on top. cut the crepe in center fold the crepe into shape of triangle and wrap.
In flat pan brush cooking oil, adjust prepared crepes in that pan. cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Brush some oil and flip the other side and cover again until cheese melts. and enjoy the most tasty chicken sandwiches.
