Thane (Maharashtra), June 05, 2025 (ANI): Engineer Ravindra Verma, who was arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan has been sent to judicial custody. Rupali Shinde, Lawyer of Engineer Ravindra Verma, said, " Police argued that they need to interrogate him further, but the court sent him to Judicial custody...the girl's name mentioned here as Preeti Jaiswal, the name is wrong. The girl's actual name is Jaspreet. She used to speak to his family as well as she wanted to honeytrap him. He had only one SIM card, Police have seized his SIM card and mobile. Police haven't found any solid evidence against Ravundra Verma so far in their investigation”.
