Former Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Amery Browne is strongly condemning what he describes as a misguided warning issued to Venezuela by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
Dr. Browne tells the TV6 Morning Edition that diplomacy and engagement, should be the government's first response when dealing with regional tensions.
