Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), June 10, 2025 (ANI): Addressing a press conference in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav praised the Modi government for launching various schemes. He took a dig at the Congress government and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, stating, “When I was the chairman of tourism, I noticed that a single samosa at the airport would cost two hundred rupees. I used to eat poha outside Indore airport before entering. However, under Modi ji’s leadership, pricing was revised to align with Indian currency standards.”He further added, “Every person, no matter how poor, should have a home of their own. Only Modi ji could envision this. He has fulfilled this promise not just once, but twice.”Referring to a recent event, Yadav remarked, “A poet mentioned that Manmohan Singh held a doctorate in economics and finance, yet in his 10 years as Prime Minister, he did not implement significant financial reforms. In contrast, Modi ji, a former chaiwala, has spearheaded numerous financial initiatives. Digital payments, which are not yet fully operational even in America, have been successfully implemented here under Modi ji’s leadership.”
