FAE, 23, from Texas, has always been told that people hate her 'Cybergoth' style and has even been told by her boyfriend and mom that they wished she would embrace her Vietnamese side. Fae admits that she has struggled with accepting her heritage, so this is a BIG challenge for her. Fae told Transformed: "My mom doesn't like to see me struggling with accepting who I am. I always felt like I didn't belong with this group because of all the prejudice that I faced growing up." Despite not being confident about this transformation, Fae wants to embrace her culture and so today with the help of makeup artist Gracie and a special hand from her mom, Fae is finally leaving her 'Cybergoth' look behind! However, what Fae doesn't know is that her mom Kieu My has a very special surprise for her after the transformation is completed. What will Kieu My shock Fae with and how will she react? Will Fae finally be able to feel like she can fully embrace her Vietnamese side?
