Nagpur (Maharashtra), June 15, 2025 (ANI): Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on several feared trapped after bridge collapsed on Indrayani River near Kundamala Village Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad in Pune on June 15. He said, “There has been a bridge collapse accident in Maval. I have spoken to the Divisional Commissioner, Tehsildar and Police Commissioner. Now the only preliminary information is that the bridge has collapsed. Some people have been injured and have been taken to the hospital. Some people are also trapped. The NDRF team is reaching there to rescue them. It is possible that some people have been swept away. We have not received any confirmation in this regard or confirmation of casualties yet. Therefore, it would not be appropriate to talk about it at this time. I will give it after getting complete information. Now administration trying to find out how to provide relief to the people by mobilizing the entire force.”
