Firefighters struggling to put down fires hours after deadly Russian attack on Kyiv
A firefighting helicopter was seen flying through clouds of thick smoke, dropping tonnes of water on one of the several fires at Kyiv's left bank, on Tuesday, June 17, as firefighters were struggling to put out the fire, hours after Russia's missile and drone attack.
Residents from a nearby high-rise residential building were waiting in the street behind police tape, hoping that firefighters would managed to put out the fire in their building.
