A Sydney mum is calling for change after being told her daughter would have to wait five months for a scan her doctor said was urgent. The five-year-old needs sedation before ACT scan because she has an intellectual disability. Advocates say medical services don't do enough to accommodate people with disability and it's taking many years off their lives.
