Bengaluru June 23, 2025 (ANI): A woman filed a molestation complaint in Bengaluru's SRY Layout after four men attempted to solicit and force her. The police have arrested one accused, and a case is also being registered for an assault by the woman’s gym trainer on the suspect. The identities of the other suspects are being investigated. SP, Bengaluru Rural, CK Baba said, "A woman has filed a molestation complaint at SRY Layout, yesterday evening around 4 pm. Four people tried to solicit her, but she refused. They tried to force her. Based on her complaint, we have registered a case under different sections of the BNS... The investigation is going on. The accused is in our custody, and we are going to arrest him. After this incident, the lady went to her gym trainer and narrated the incident, based on which, the gym trainer went and assaulted the accused. That case is also being registered, and we will investigate the matter. The other accused who have not been named, we are trying to establish their identity and immediate action will be taken against them as well..."
