Is there any government in Himachal Pradesh, or not, and if there is a government, then what are the ministers doing? On one side, the BJP government is giving Rs 1000 crore for the development... Money that is given for the road construction, the ministers beat the authorities responsible for that work. Is anyone even safe in the state..."
