Manila Times partners with Carl Balita center for writing contest for students, teachers
The Manila Times (TMT) Chief Executive Officer Anna Marie Ang Thompson, TMT columnist Carl Balita and TMT President and COO Blanca Mercado sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the launch of The Manila Times Essay Writing Contest entitled 'Education of the Times' held during the Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) Metacognition Day at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City on July 5, 2025. The CBRC is celebrating its 18th anniversary on July 7.
