Nega maluca cake is a typical Brazilian chocolate cake, super easy to make and absolutely delicious! With its moist texture, intense chocolate taste and naturally lactose-free, this cake is a real treat for chocolate lovers. And for even more fun, we've added a "brigadeiro" icing, a typical Brazilian recipe :-)
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar (180 grams)
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup neutral oil (12 cl)
- 1 cup warm water (24 cl)
- 2 cups cake flour (240 grams)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
"Brigadeiro" glaze :
- 1/4 cup milk (6 cl)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup condensed milk (200 grams)
- 1/2 tablespoon butter (7 grams)
