And when it comes to flavour, the combination of tomatoes and tuna is always a hit with us, so why not try it? While the clafoutis is baking, prepare your mixed salad to accompany it and you'll have a family meal in no time ;-)
Ingredients:
- 12 oz cherry tomatoes
- 5 oz cooked tuna (one can)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
