Miliband: Zonal energy pricing 'unfair' to midlands, south of England and Wales

Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero Ed Miliband rules out zonal pricing which would cut prices in Scotland because it would be unfair to areas that consume the energy - the midlands, south of England and Wales.
