US Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed confidence that a ceasefire in Gaza is attainable, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Anwar said he raised the matter during a 40-minute courtesy call with Rubio at Parliament on Thursday (July 10) evening.
The Premier added that he also emphasised the need for regional stability as a foundation for sustained growth.
