A video released by the Russian Ministry of Defense shows the moment a ballistic missile from the Iskander system strikes and destroys a Ukrainian Navy base in the Nikolaev region, southern Ukraine.
According to the official statement, the attack occurred near the settlement of Baratovka, where a temporary headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was located. “All identified targets were destroyed,” stated the Russian ministry.
