சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில், நடிகரும் த.வெ.க. தலைவருமான விஜய், தி.மு.க. அரசு "திராவிட மாடல்" அரசிலிருந்து "சாரிம்மா மாடல்" அரசாக மாறிவிட்டதாக கடுமையாக விமர்சித்தார். சிவகங்கை மாவட்டத்தில் போலீசாரால் உயிரிழந்த கோவில் காவலாளி அஜித்குமாருக்கு நீதி கோரி, கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் போலீஸ் விசாரணையில் உயிரிழந்த 24 பேருக்காகவும் வெள்ளை அறிக்கை வெளியிட வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது. முதல்வரின் சாரி சொல்லும் நடவடிக்கையை விமர்சித்த விஜய், அனைத்து பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்பங்களுக்கும் சம நிவாரணம் வழங்க வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்தினார். நீதிமன்ற கண்காணிப்பில் சிறப்பு புலனாய்வு குழு அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், அரசு சட்டம் ஒழுங்கை சரி செய்யாவிட்டால் மக்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து போராடுவார்கள் என்றும் எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்தார்.
