Tropical Storm Wipha Forms, To Bring Heavy Rain to Taiwan

Tropical Storm Wipha has formed and will be closest to Taiwan from Friday night through Saturday. The Central Weather Administration has issued a sea warning as the storm passes south of Taiwan this weekend.
