At least 30 injured as vehicle drives into crowd outside Los Angeles music venue
Dozens of people were injured when a vehicle drove into a crowd on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles in the early hours of Saturday, July 19, the city's fire department said.
Captain Adam VanGerpen of the Los Angeles City Fire Department told Reuters that 30 patients, at least 7 with critical injuries, had been taken to local hospitals and trauma centers. One of the injured was found with a gunshot wound.
Authorities gave no immediate details on the cause of the incident or the identity of the driver.
