Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said a 'special appreciation' for the people will be announced either on Tuesday (July 22) or this Wednesday (July 23).
Anwar said this at a gathering of the Prime Minister’s Department staff in Putrajaya on Monday (July 21).
