Two more people were killed due to the combined effects of Tropical Storm “Crising” and the southwest monsoon (habagat), pushing the death toll to five, while the number of individuals affected by the bad weather jumped to 800,000, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported on Monday, July 21.
