“Leadership keeps evolving at different phases of project implementation — that’s something I could apply and relate to through RBPM.”
Jitesh, a development practitioner at Udayan Care, always believed leadership was about being assertive and taking charge. But while managing social impact programs, he realized leadership isn’t static — it needs to evolve with the context.
During the RBPM Certificate Program (Cohort 2), he began to see leadership differently. He learned how to adapt his style across different phases of program implementation — from setting direction to listening deeply and co-creating with his team.
He also began connecting the dots between outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators — and understood how even leadership decisions could influence the cost per individual served and long-term impact.
The Results-Based Program Management (RBPM) course helped him move from intention to lead with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
If you, too, want to strengthen your approach to leadership and program design, applications are now open for Cohort 4 — starting September 2025.
