Bicol university provides affordable education to residents
University of Saint Anthony President Emmanuel Ortega discusses to the media the thrust of their school in providing affordable education to residents in the Bicol Region. Ortega also said that all of their profits from students' tuition are invested back into school facilities. The private school, one of the biggest in the region, is in Iriga City, Camarines Sur.
