MAN'S TONGUE SWELLS AFTER BEE STING ON RUN

This runner was left in pain after he had his tongue stung by a bee whilst out for a jog.
Steven VanLeeuwen has gained a lot of attention online after posting a video of him tearing the stinger from his mouth.
The 31-year-old from Utah, USA, was left with a largely swollen tongue and showed the stinger
to camera before warning others not to run with their mouths open.
The video has since gained over 6.5 million views on TikTok.
He said: "I was running, and a bee went right into my mouth and instantly stung my tongue.
"It hurt so bad.
"My tongue is so swollen.
"Keep your mouth closed whilst running, I guess."
