बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने सात निश्चय योजना के तहत युवाओं के भविष्य को संवारने की दिशा में एक और बड़ा कदम उठाया है। 15 अगस्त को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की फीस में बड़ी राहत देने के बाद, अब उन्होंने स्नातक पास बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए मुख्यमंत्री निश्चय स्वयं सहायता भत्ता योजना का विस्तार किया है। इस घोषणा के तहत, स्नातक उत्तीर्ण 20-25 आयु वर्ग के उन युवक-युवतियों को 1000 रुपये प्रतिमाह का भत्ता दिया जाएगा जो कहीं अध्ययनरत नहीं हैं, जिनके पास कोई स्वरोजगार नहीं है, और न ही कोई सरकारी, निजी या गैर-सरकारी नियोजन प्राप्त है। यह भत्ता अधिकतम दो वर्षों तक मिलेगा।
