SATISFYING REPAIR OF DEAD SPOT ON PUTTING GREEN
WITH VID
By Sam Pringle
Watch as a golf course worker perfectly restores a dead patch of grass using a cup cutter in this oddly satisfying clip.
Cole Hamel, a 19-year-old grounds crew member from Illinois, USA, filmed the process while working at Prairie Vista Golf Course.
The video shows him cutting out the damaged turf, filling the hole with fresh soil and healthy grass, then watering and flattening it with a hand roller.
By the end, the once-dead spot blends seamlessly into the green, leaving a flawless finish.
Cole said: “I am repairing a dead spot on a putting green at the golf course I work at using a cup cutter. The visuals and audio are very satisfying and appealing.”
