China evacuates 1.9 million as super typhoon Ragasa nears landfall
Chinese authorities evacuated 1.9 million residents from its south as super typhoon Ragasa approached with winds of 241 kph. Hong Kong and Macau faced severe disruptions, with schools and flights cancelled.
