Niamh McConnell from Randwick, Australia was working out with her gym partner.
Attempting butterfly pull ups, she unfortunately, mistimed her move!
Her chin slammed the bar!
She got off and said “I think I am concussed”
Fortunately, she’s fine.
She said: “I was in the middle of a partner WOD (workout of the day) with my bestie. While attempting butterfly pull ups I smacked my chin off the bar and was lucky not to lose my teeth!”
