Justice Frank Seepersad believes Ramleela celebrations across the country can be a viable tourism product, but it needs to be better promoted.
He says the Hindu festival has grown locally in recent years and has positively fostered an increase in community togetherness.
Speaking on night-three of a ten-night Ramleela Celebration in Palmiste Park last evening, Justice Seepersad also encouraged people to take away from the festival’s teachings, the need to protect the environment.
