USA Rare Earth shares jumped after CEO Barbara Humpton said the company is in close contact with the White House amid rising U.S. investment in critical minerals. The firm is developing a Texas mine and Oklahoma magnet plant as Washington backs Lithium Americas and MP Materials. Shares surged nearly 23% Thursday and another 8% after hours.
