Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were honored at Project Healthy Mind's annual gala in New York on Thursday.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex earned the organizer's Humanitarians of the Year award for their work in raising awareness around mental health.
The couple posed for pictures before heading into the gala hosted by American TV host Carson Daly.
Broadcast journalist and Daly's co-worker, Savannah Guthrie, talked about Daly's commitment to the charity.
"He really opened up a few years ago on our show, The Today Show, and I remember being there on our set—I was really surprised that he was so open about his own mental health struggles over the years. And it was so profound and meaningful. I think it showed the way for a lot of people," said Guthrie.
