Developer requests review after Tasmanian council knocks back 263-home Evandale project

A rural community in Tasmania's north hopes a recent council decision will spell the end for a developer wanting to build almost 300 homes. The Sydney-based company has been trying to build a new suburb at Evandale, near Launceston, since 2018.
