The Leader of Sevenoaks District Council, Roddy Hogarth, says he's considering his position after losing a vote of no confidence.
The West Kent Independents led by former District Council leader Julia Thornton says no personal grievance influenced their decision,
Other parties have slammed the the vote even taking place, calling it an act of political infighting.
