Operation coordinated by the 40th Coastal Defense Brigade destroys Russian boat carrying troops using FPV drones launched from an unmanned “Barracuda” naval vessel.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the destruction of a Russian boat carrying a landing party in the Black Sea. The operation was conducted by the 40th Coastal Defense Brigade and utilized a “Barracuda”-type naval drone as a platform to launch explosive FPV drones.
According to a statement released by the Ukrainian Navy, the “Barracuda” drone delivered several FPVs that directly struck the enemy vessel, eliminating Russian personnel and detonating the ammunition on board.
“Our unmanned boat ‘Barracuda’ transported FPV drones for a surprise attack on the vessel of the Russian occupiers. The operation was swift and posed no risk to our fighters — the enemy was neutralized along with their weapons. Modern technologies work for defense and save lives,” the official statement said.
