Traffic obstruction saw the highest number of summonses issued in "a worrying trend" of offences during the Law Compliance Operation (Ops PUU), police say.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus (pic) said a total of 81,880 summonses were issued between Oct 1 and 20.
