Man Who Faked His Death to Evade Rape Charges Maintains His Innocence as He's Sentenced to at Least 5 Years in Prison

A Rhode Island man who faked his own death and fled to Scotland to avoid rape charges has been sentenced to at least five years in prison for one of two rape convictions.
