Lapu-Lapu City mayor marks first 100 days in office with progress report

Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Cindi Chan marks her first 100 days in office on Oct. 22, 2025, highlighting progress in healthcare, education, social services, tourism, and public safety, based on her report to the public. Chan said the city hospital expanded services with a new Eye Center and mental health programs in local schools. Educational support that included school supplies, financial aid for teachers, and a scholarship fair that benefited over 3,500 students were also cited among her accomplishments.
