A university student was left shocked when a monkey burst into his dorm room, rummaged through his belongings, and even leapt onto his roommate’s bed to scare him.
Kongjianxu, a student at Guizhou University in China, filmed the chaotic encounter as he tried to roar and frighten the animal away.
Instead, the bold monkey jumped closer, leaving the student startled before casually grabbing a bottle of ice tea drink before making its escape.
The unusual intrusion left his roommates both amused and astonished.
Kongjianxu shared the video on Douyin, where it gathered over 370,000 likes with viewers amused by the chaotic standoff and the monkey’s bold raid.
One commenter said: ‘Wait till he finds out it was a piss bottle.’
Another said: ‘It was just checking for illegal substances in the dorm.’
