Mother of four Ornella Charles Duncan is tonight pleading for the placement of pavements and speed bumps near schools in Mason Hall, Tobago, after her 15 year old daughter, a student of the Mason Hall Secondary School, was knocked down by a maxi taxi attached to the school, on Thursday afternoon.
During the unfortunate turn of events
her daughter flipped into the air upon impact and fell into a drain.
The child now has a swelling in her brain. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
