Just days earlier, Ukraine hit one of Russia’s key oil refineries, setting it ablaze, and crippling Putin’s war infrastructure. All this came after the US announced heavy sanctions on Russian oil giants Rosneft and Lukoil. As both sides escalate, the skies over Moscow and Kyiv are turning into war zones.
