Check out this unexpected moment that left one man laughing!
Seán Ronayne, from Carrigtohill, Cork, Ireland, was visiting his family in Barcelona when he came across a funny and surprising scene involving two friendly tortoises.
As a professional wildlife sound recordist, Seán’s ears are always tuned to the sounds of nature, but this time, the noise was rather unusual.
He heard a strange squeaking mixed with loud clashing noises coming from the garden. Curious, he followed the sound and discovered two tortoises engaged in an intimate moment behind a bush.
One user commented, “One ran out of petrol and was getting a push home.....my Dad’s explanation when I was a kid.”
Another said, “Hopefully they came to an agreement.”
