The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) has released dramatic drone footage alleging that Hamas operatives stole a humanitarian aid truck in northern Khan Younis. The video — also shared by Senator Marco Rubio — reportedly shows armed men removing the driver, seizing the vehicle, and fleeing with the aid.
CENTCOM says the incident undermines global relief efforts that send over 600 aid trucks into Gaza daily, while warning that continued theft could jeopardize international support for the humanitarian plan promoted by former President Donald Trump.
However, Hamas has strongly rejected the accusations, calling the claims “false” and insisting that over 1,000 of its fighters have been killed protecting aid convoys. The UN, meanwhile, reports a sharp drop in aid looting since the ceasefire, from 80% down to 5%.
