Three men were detained for allegedly beating a 12-year-old boy at a food court of a People's Housing Project (PPR) in Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Fadil Marsus said on Monday (Nov 3) that the incident is believed to have stemmed from allegations that the victim stole a power bank belonging to a friend of one of the suspects.
