Duterte urges Filipinos to stay alert as 'Tino' ravages PH
Vice President Sara Duterte, in a message on Nov. 4, 2025, urges Filipinos to 'remain vigilant' during the onslaught of Typhoon 'Tino,' to follow the advisories and instructions of relevant authorities. She also shared some safety reminders and announced that the Office of the Vice President's Disaster Operations Center was ready to provide support and augment the disaster response operations of local governments.
